I don't want to go into a long tirade about this as my stance on nearly all known vaccines is well known via the other articles I have written about them.
Parents that support vaccination argue that they do so because (in theory) it should protect their children & daughters from whatever the doctors, vaccine companies tell them it will protect them against.
And to these parents I say, if after your own research of vaccines (i.e. how they are made, what ALL of the ingredients are, who is making them and what is their track record as a company, what are the instances of success/failure (how many fully vaccinated people still get sick, how long have they been studied and on who and what kind of testing was done etc) you decide this is the best plan of action for you and your children, good for you--But on more topic than one I am really tired of people who don't know what on earth they are talking about proclaiming that anyone else with a different choice or idea is any range of negative words.
I have heard people say tons of bad things about people who choose not to be vaccinated or not to have their children vaccinated (maybe the are "tied into" the promotion of said propaganda). But I honestly don't know why they are so apposed as fully vaccinated people should be protected by the vaccines, and unvaccinated people should be the ones in danger with the inclusion of people with severely weakened immune systems that would probably die from a vaccine anyway (these people shouldn't even be in an environment so populated that they are exposed to everyone's pathogens)
...darn and here I am starting the tirade I said I wasn't going to.
Back on topic, Alternative prevention for HPV caused cervical cancer to the insufficiently tested and unsafe Gardasil vaccine is the old fashion way of actually talking to your children about safe sex and teaching them about diseases, pregnancy, abstinence and condom use if it becomes necessary. Risking your child's reproductive organs because it makes it easier for you to maybe not be a responsible parent and talk to them about sex, or because you don't think you can trust your children's judgement, etc is not too logical of a thing. In therory its only supposed to address ONE possible cause for only ONE type of cancer. It could possibly cause cancer or HPV itself, then you've really defeated the purpose *uneasy laugh*. If your risk evaluation tells you that its the best choice to do this, then that is your right, but please please please make informed choices.
